At Black Phrase, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please review our shipping and return policies before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days within the U.S.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or customs.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached

To start a return, contact us at support@blackphrase.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • No refunds on custom items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or style changes within the same 14-day window. Items must meet the same return conditions.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • No exchanges on custom items.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, you must first file a missing package claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • No replacement or refund can be issued without proof of a filed carrier claim.
  • After submitting the claim, provide us with the confirmation number so we can further assist.
