Shipping & Returns – Quick FAQ
📦 How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery takes 7–14 business days within the U.S.
- A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
👕 Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be:
- Unused & unworn
- Unwashed & unopened
- In original packaging with tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔄 How do exchanges work?
You can exchange your item for a different size or style (if available).
- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

❌ My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it. What now?
First, file a missing package claim with your shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- We cannot provide a replacement or refund without proof of a filed claim.
- Once you receive the claim confirmation number, contact us and we’ll help you further.
