Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days within the U.S.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and Unopened in original packaging with tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@blackphrase.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- No Refunds on Custom Items.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size or style changes within the 14-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and Unopened in original packaging with tags attached.
- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- No exchanges on Custom Items.

Missing or Undelivered Packages
- If your package shows as “delivered” but has not been received, you must first file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- No replacement or refund will be issued without proof of a filed claim with the carrier.
- Once the claim has been submitted, please provide us with the claim confirmation number so we can assist in resolving the issue.
